Retratos do Gosto (Portraits of Taste) was a project conceived by award-winning Brazilian chefs Alex Atala, Helena Rizzo, Daniel Redondo, engaging other chefs in the search for unique Brazilian ingredients, with the aim of uniting consumers and producers by offering products outside the current commercial spectrum.

Unique species of rice, beans, grains among others, delivered by the best to the distribution channels designated by the chefs, shortening the path of real food to the consumer's table. Connecting people and ensuring fair profit and producer dignity. Ensuring the diversity of genuinely Brazilian products and giving prominence to those who love the land.
