Orolatte

Orolatte is a brand of dairy products (cheese and yogurt) that are made by Italian immigrants who have recently arrived in Brazil. Through old and traditional recipes, they rescue the way of producing cheeses, controlling the entire chain, from feeding the cows, extracting milk, to the artisanal production of cheeses.

The farm and factory are located in the Espírito Santo mountains, in Alto Caxixe, district of Venda Nova do Imigrante/ES.
