Princesa Isabel
(Cachaça de Alambique)
Cachaça Princesa Isabel is produced on the banks of the Rio Doce, on the Tupã farm, in the municipality of Linhares (ES).
The cultivation method is meticulous, in which all the cane is selected to be natural, organic and as sustainable as possible.
The sugarcane field is sprayed with orange essence and most of the sugarcane must is reused in compost. The cane is harvested manually, without a machine or burned. After grinding the sugarcane, the must is fermented by selected yeasts and distillation takes place in a copper still. After distillation, the cachaça can pass through oak, amburana, balsam, jequitibá-rosa or jackfruit.
