Evoris has custom corporate construction and installation options, in the Build to Suit method, and Sale Leaseback. The intention is to serve large companies that demand efficient and dynamic real estate solutions to maintain operations in the national territory.

In built to suilt Lease (or built to measure) the property is built especially to meet the interests of the lessee, already predetermined, meeting all the wishes and requirements established by the future user.

In Sale Leaseback, a commercial agreement is made where the property is simultaneously sold and rented to the owner. In this way, the entire infrastructure is maintained, and the former owner remains in the same location, but as a tenant.
